ASSOCIATE
In Texas there are no state requirements regarding residential contractors. The companies holding certification by the Certified Master Builder Corporation(TM) Program have volunteered to meet and maintain written criteria of construction performance, warranted work and financial management.

Whether you live in the DFW area or are planning to move here, the selection of your new home is one of the most important decisions you will make. The Certified Master Builder Corporation(TM) (CMBC) is dedicated to providing home buyers with information that will give you confidence and assurance in the selection process.

Looking for the logo identifying a CMB (Certified Master Builder), CMR (Certified Master Remodeler) and CMA (Certified Master Associate) is the first step in the confident selection of a professional for your residential construction needs.
